The latest version of App Store Connect that comes with support for the Vision Pro app is v1.12. Developers can download the latest App Store Connect app from iPhones and iPad. For the unaware, App Store Connect is an app that contains a suite of tools using which developers can view sales reports, access app analytics, invite users to test their apps with TestFlight, and do much more. Here’s what the release notes of App Store Connect v1.12 read: “This update includes support for visionOS apps, stability improvements, and bug fixes.” Using App Store Connect, developers will be able to submit apps, track them for sales, view analytics, and even invite users to test beta versions of Vision Pro apps with TestFlight.  Vision Pro is set to release sometime in 2024, as revealed by Apple at its World Wide Developer Conference earlier this month. The $3,500 device is one of its kind and Apple calls it a Spatial Computer. With the recently released first ever beta of VisionOS and SDK, developers will be able to develop apps for Vision Pro. In the SDK, Apple also released a few guidelines for developers who will be developing apps for Vision Pro.  These guidelines include using visual cues like dimming, spatial audio, and gentle transitions to ensure that wearing Vision Pro does not cause motion sickness, focusing on shared activities using features like SharePlay, and using visual cues like shadows and occlusions for offering a natural depth perception.
